Jason Souders.

I’ve been practicing instructional design and multimedia development in the academic, healthcare, nonprofit, and adult education industries for over a decade. I work closely with a diverse spectrum of subject matter experts. I understand the conceptual frameworks of instructional design models and utilize them to conduct analysis, create learning objectives, develop content, and align assessments.

I have extensive experience with eLearning authoring applications including Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline and Rise, as well as several Learning Management Systems, including Canvas, Blackboard, and Moodle. In addition, I also work deeply with multimedia production software including the Camtasia and the Adobe Create Suite. I believe leveraging educational technology to meet learners’ needs is crucial in the rapidly changing field of education and training.
